Outpatient mindfulness training for adolescents coping with anxiety. Mindful Youth’s mission is “To assist youth, especially at-risk youth, to improve the quality of their lives by teaching them mindfulness and related life skills.” Based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In-school, after-school, and summer camp programs for teens.

Typically Mentors are university students, artists, educators, graphic designers, software developers, architects, or community members.
